Illustration TOS

∘˚˳°∘° Payment will be sent after the sketch. If payment isn't sent by the time the full piece is done, the full piece will not be sent until after payment.∘˚˳°∘° Ghosting after a sketch has been sent will put you on a soft blacklist. (soft blacklist requires the buyer to pay at least half of the payment before the sketch for any future commissions.) Ghosting twice will place you on the hard blacklist.∘˚˳°∘° Removing my watermark (be it from a commission WIP, or a signature in the corner of a piece) will land you on a hard blacklist.∘˚˳°∘° Do not take credit for my works, trace my works, or alter the original piece (excluding filters and such)∘˚˳°∘° Do not purchase my commissions for a blacklisted user (soft or hard blacklist) doing so will place you on the soft blacklist.∘˚˳°∘° Payment will be sent through an invoice. A written agreement to my TOS will be saved for documentation.

Adopt Specific TOS

∘˚˳°∘° You're free to sell, trade, or give away my designs for any price. (excluding trading to members on my blacklist)∘˚˳°∘° I may ask for 50% of the price upfront if the buyer in question has a new or empty user. (Will be discussed beforehand)∘˚˳°∘° changes must be made during the sketch process, and changes made after the finished piece will be an extra charge or need to be small fixes (like hairclips, eyelashes,etc)∘˚˳°∘° I'd prefer all of my designs on Toyhouse, credited to my Toyhouse (WaterToaster)∘˚˳°∘° Redesigns are 100% okay. But credit for the original design and art belongs to me.∘˚˳°∘° Do not take credit for my works, trace my works, or alter the original piece (excluding filters and such)∘˚˳°∘° Do not sell, trade, or gift any of my designs to members on my hard blacklist. Doing so will land you on my soft blacklist.∘˚˳°∘° Payment will be sent through an invoice. A written agreement to my TOS will be saved for documentation.

Vtuber TOS

∘˚˳°∘°Payment IS NOT upfront. I request the payment be paid after the base model design has been finalized, and I begin the rendering process.∘˚˳°∘°All images sent before payment will be watermarked with my username, and the layered file will not be sent until payment is received.∘˚˳°∘°Any extra details or requests not discussed beforehand may be an extra charge.∘˚˳°∘°Each Vtuber comes with a half-body model (psd file and png), and 4 expressions.∘˚˳°∘°I will keep your model open to layer alterations for 6 months. If during this time the rigger notices any layers they'd like split, I'm happy to alter the current model.∘˚˳°∘°I will keep your model for roughly 2 years, if during this time, you'd like an alternate outfit, expressions, etc. I can add to the model for an extra fee! (models can be kept longer if requested)∘˚˳°∘°Turnaround time tends to sit at about a month, but deadlines can be set if the model is needed by a specific date, extra fees may apply. No specific turnaround is guaranteed, but frequent WIPs will be sent.∘˚˳°∘°If the product is not delivered by three days after the agreed deadline, a full refund will be given, in the case the model file has not been delivered.∘˚˳°∘°Refunds: Ideally, you'll love your model. If you don't, I will not be issuing a refund. I will not go a single step without asking for your "go ahead" to move forward.
There's no reason you shouldn't love your model once the process is done with. This specific term is to prevent chargebacks and scammers who decide at the end of the entire process they want a refund, and run off with the art. Mistakes on my part will get a refund.∘˚˳°∘°If I decide at any point I can't finish your commission, a full refund will be given, with a few exceptions
if the layer-divided model has been sent to the buyer, a 25% refund will be given.∘˚˳°∘°I reserve the right to edit this TOS, with the permission of the current buyers.∘˚˳°∘°If the buyer gets the art rigged, and decides to stream with it, I'd like to request a link to the channel, or a video of my pieces in action. (optional)∘˚˳°∘°Files will be uploaded to Google Drive and sent through email unless requested otherwise.
Credit to me for the art (and design if applicable) needs to be somewhere available to the public if the art is used in any way.∘˚˳°∘° Payment will be sent through an invoice. A written agreement to my TOS will be saved for documentation.∘˚˳°∘°Once you receive the design and art (after payment is sent) it's yours. No royalty fee or design alterations need to be run by me. It's yours, have fun! Just remember to credit where needed :)

Soft Blacklist

*the price of the sketch needs to be paid before the commission is started. This will be non refundable (unless issues on my side) through an invoice. If commission is cancelled, you'll receive a copy of the sketch with no watermark.

Hard Blacklist

You will not be able to buy, sell, or trade any of my art or designs. An announcement will be put out to design owners to not trade my designs with the blacklisted user.
